Quite frankly, there are too many testosterone-filled cyclists out there giving good cyclists a bad name. All cyclists need to start obeying the rules of the road if they want to earn the respect of motorists. Flash Orchestra was experimental project directed by Felecia Chizuko Carlisle and developed in collaboration with a group of Electronic Media students at New World School of the Arts. As a white Hispanic who was arrested last year for taking photos of cops during Memorial Day Weekend, I can assure you that it’s not necessarily black vs. white.
It’s blue vs. whomever happens to be on the streets that weekend.
